A recent survey of women who worked on home improvement projects themselves revealed some of their top reasons such as saving money (44%), personal pride and satisfaction (30%), doing things “your way” (11%) and not having to wait for someone else to do the work (6%). Our company was conceptualized and started by a group of women Do-It-Yourselfers who shared tools and home improvement ideas to tackle projects around their homes.
